At Sydney 4X4 and Outdoor, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, the following conditions apply:

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  1. Salable Condition:
    Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
    The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  2. Proof of Purchase:
    A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
    Important Notes

Change of Mind:
Returns or refunds due to change of mind are not eligible. Any exceptions will be at the discretion of Sydney 4X4 and Outdoor management.

Before Installation:
Please ensure you have received the correct parts for your application prior to installation. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the suitability of parts before use.
Sydney 4X4 and Outdoor cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly ordered parts.

Restocking Fee:
Returns of unused products where Ironman 4x4 or Sydney 4X4 and Outdoor is not at fault will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been installed, used, or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs and Fees:
Shipping is a non-refundable service. If a product is returned for any reason other than a fault or error on the part of Sydney 4X4 and Outdoor, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Sydney 4X4 and Outdoor is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
